Sin Azucar Organic handmade chocolate
Sin Azucar Organic Chocolate started way back in 2018 to make chocolate sourced from the right people and right places... Cafiesa is a cocoa cooperative in Ecuador and Sierra Organics source Peruvian cacao, both countries producing some of the world's finest flavour cocoa.
This is what I use to produce my handmade bars and brownies, adding the best organic ingredients from sour cherries and pumpkin seeds down to the smoked chipotle spice.
The ethos is pure ingredients and pure flavour.

After a few years of learning the hard way (self taught) I finally have a range of flavours in the bars and brownies that Sin Azucar Organic Chocolate produce and sell. I have built up a great following and customer base at Oxfordshire food markets from East Oxford community market, North Parade market, Thame market, Cookham market and the Great Wolvercote Sunday market.
Responsibly sourced, Sin Azucar Organic Chocolate use organic Ecuadorian and Peruvian cocoa. The chocolate bars range from 60 - 85% cocoa and come in 70 gram bars. There is no refined sugar or soy in our chocolate bars, only unrefined coconut sugar.
